Burning the French flag and getting three days off for it?

I think most of the people on this site would want the kids killed if it was Old Glory. Torching flags is in bad taste, no matter whose flag it is. Let's not forget that the French came to our aid in '76 and that for most of our history, we've had a good relationship with them - we also vetoed them at the UNSC. We need to leave this to the diplomats.

Yeh!
American Flag, NO!
French Flag, SI!
Remember, we are at war now. Traitors, like Daschle, France, and "Hollywood" can be delt with.

I'm with you. I think all flags should be off-limits. Eat cheddar, drink Korbel and buy Fords, but burning their flag is foolish.

The ACLU successfully won the case where the students were going to be suspended for handing out candy canes with a religious message on it.

Is burning the French flag going to gain influence and support with the French? Is that something we actually want? I see a lack of French influence & support as a badge of honor.

My toilet paper already has the French flag all over it. Oh, wait, that's the French battle flag.
