I now don't think that the "shock and awe" thing is going to happen at all and in fact, I think the "shock and awe" concept is a brilliant move by the U.S. military. Here is what I mean: By creating the expectation that there will be this "huge bombing campaign", the U.S. military will come out of this war smelling like a rose.

All those anti-war folk who were screaming about the destruction of poor little Iraq are going to find not only the country still intact, but the people of Iraq thankful for their liberation when all is said and done.
