Kerry thinks the french, germans, russians and chinese are CIVILIZED???????

He really does. I saw a speech of his a few months back and he practically drooled over the "SOPHISTICATION" of the Europeans. Went on to say that we (the USA) needed to emulate that intellectual approach. I think his basic thrust then was on energy, but it was obvious he considered all things EU as bordering on sacred. Made me wanna puke.
