I don't know...and yes, it is! I've had my computer guru out here twice working on it. Each time we think it is fixed, it starts acting up again. I called him again this morning and he suggested I uninstall Kazaa desk top which had been running in the background. It seemed to run better for awhile this morning, but I've had to reboot twice since uninstalling it. So that didn't solve the problem. I just did a virus check.......no viruses to be found. I HATE this!! :-(
