Ooohhhhh, let's friggin' panic. For the most part of America in fly-over country (or, East BumF**k), these "warnings" are meaningless. Unfortunately, we are stuck with a bunch of Barney Fife high-school has beens in charge of most everything. Drives me nuts. I'm sooo afraid.
