Not all Democrats are rallying round. Conyers is calling for Bush's impeachment.

Not all Democrats are rallying round. Conyers is calling for Bush's impeachment.I am surprised there are any Democrats at all who will rally round. Maybe not all of them are dirt bags, but a lot of them are.

Thanks for posting this. I've been looking for the democrat response, they've been pretty quiet today. This response is very wishy-washy, no real opinions were given.

Lieberman in his remarks emphatically supported military action, and stated flatly that Saddam has weapons of mass destruction.

The RATS are in a funk over the liberation of Iraq. Their leftwing base is full of anti-war (read anti-Bush) vermin. Anyone trolling for votes is bashing the President (Conyers). The rest are keeping their mouths shut (Hillary).

Screw their unity!
They can't backtrack for 12 months of sedition.
Let them twist in the wind with their past behaviors and diatribes.
To: Mark17
Make no mistake. This is a political move.

The light has been turned on, and the Dems are scurrying away under the cupboards.

Dems are always on both sides of the issue. I peeves me that their constituent voters do not see this or choose to ignore it.
To: Oldeconomybuyer
The Dems will be like those cartoon animals who never helped the Little Red Hen bake her cookies, but always demanded their share once they came out of the oven. (or something like that - it's been awhile.)

"Conyers is calling for Bush's impeachment." What is in the water in Michigan? I'm originally from there, but have been a Virginian since 1973. Sometime between then and now the whole shootin match has gone to the (liberal) dogs.
Baghdad Bonoir is also from Michigan. Roadblock Levin is a Michigander...and he is keeping any Bush nominee from being confirmed with his lies and hypocrisy.
Stop the madness!

Read Levin's statement closely:
"Those of us who have questioned the administration's approach, including this senator, will now be rallying behind the men and women of our armed forces to give them the full support that they deserve as it now seems certain we will soon be at war."
Translation: We disagree with the administration, but war is coming, and we don't want to get caught looking as it we are undermining our troops. So, we'll rally behind the troops--but we'll continue to throw doubt on Bush's competence with statements like this one.

DemocRATS are bunch of "Morans" (D-VA). Failed diplomacy with the Axis of Weasels? How does one rationally deal with a bunch second-rate counties bent on giving the US a black eye. And, BTW, how many democraps voted to give Bush authority to use military force without a condition to get UN approval?

"Those of us who have questioned the administration's approach, including this senator, will now be rallying behind the men and women of our armed forces to give them the full support that they deserve as it now seems certain we will soon be at war," Sen. Carl Levin of Michigan, top Democrat on the Armed Services Committee, said on the Senate floor. I've got 5 bucks that says you democrats won't be able to control your mouths and will be undercutting our guys almost from the get-go.

Make no mistake. This is a political move. Yeah, you're probably right. LOL, I lost my head for a moment, thinking even some demon cats could actually do the right thing for the right reason. I will try not to let that happen again.

These chumps have been shamed by the strong support conservatives under Ian Duncan Smith have given Blair.
Suddenly, they have become honorable Americans.
Yeah, right.

With resoect to failed diplomcay-
Are they speaking of North Korea?
Where the demon-crats built a nuclear reactor with the diplomatic agreement that the North Koreans would never ever us it to create fissionable materials, while using 48% of my wages to secure the agreement!!!
