No, I think this will be the "get out of Dodge now" speech. Tomorrow afternoon, U. S. time (middle of the night in Iraq,) we'll hear the "it's started" speech, IMO. Or the 2nd speech could happen the next afternoon. But it WILL happen this week.
President Bush is doing his best to take the American people with him step-by-step. He'll explain again, in more detail, exactly why we have to do this now. I expect to hear him relate some accounts of torture, rape and murder in Saddam's Iraq.
Plus, Blair wants the parliament vote tomorrow morning before the war commences-- as a courtesy to the MPs.
We will not wait. It will be no longer than two days. We won't give him a chance to attack.
