THIS IS "BIG TIME" GREAT NEWS!!!
Why? It means War. They wouldnt send Cheney out unless the "warmongers" won the debate, and we are now washing our hands of UN diplomacy. 3 days max for H-Hour, give or take whatever is needed for the cover of a last-chance ultimatum. JMHO.

It'll be great to see the VP ...especially since I'm sure he'll be out of sight in that "undisclosed location" real soon.

President Bush told Saddam to leave Bagdad or the war starts this week. There's a thread devoted to his comments somewhere on FR under Breaking News.

> It means War.
It has always been likely that, given a credible threat
of war, this would end without war. Saddam reportedly
had a plane waiting in 1991. Current reports indicate
that major portions of his military will not reliably
execute his orders.

The diplomats have been given every possible chance;
arguably too many additional "last chances".
> ...and we are now washing our hands of UN diplomacy.
I'd like to think that since we weren't ready until this
week, Bush has used the interim to allow the UN, and some
of our so-called allies to fully expose themselves for
what they are. The UN was no surprise. The French and
Germans have been eye-openers.
If Bush intends to move toward getting us out of the UN,
the groundwork is soundly laid (with more PRK waffling
to come).

(wonder who will be her first call?)If there's ANYONE in this country that the CIA and FBI are monitoring right now, it's Hitlery. (Whether it's on White House orders or they just want to exact their own revenge for eight years of being spit upon, I can only guess.) One "incorrect" call and she'll be up on treason charges.

"Who's Dick Cheney?"
Are you series? If so, you are dead (series).
To: GGpaX4DumpedTea
Dick is our "Caveman in Chief".
99% of the time he's playing tetris in a uberhightech undisclosed location(cave)
The other 1% of the time he's out making the libbies look really, really, really, really stupid. See, it don't take alot of time to totally destroy thier ideas and thoughts.
It has way more impact this way.
God bless Mr. Cheney, Mr. Rumsfield, Mr. Wolfiwicz, and America's guardian angelette Condi!
