The Tu-154 is large enough to be a good trainer for widebody terror tactics, and looked to me to be a good match for the (admittedly poor quality) photo.
That right wing sure did look close, but the Tu-154 root is longer; also, the Tu-154's nose was too long. FRPR algol's British Trident overlay in reply 72, nailed it.
