This is not really breaking news. Forces have been moving from camps to jumping off areas near the border since the 9th or 10th or this month.

Forces have been moving from camps to jumping off areas near the border since the 9th or 10th or this month.

The implication is that this particular batch of moves is directly related to the Iraqi forces heading toward the Kuwait/Iraq border from Baghdad. (anybody know a transit time and ETA on those enemy forces?)
