Why would we know? 3 months wouldn't show much. You don't think this guy cared about protection do you?

We would not know - but her family would I am sure they did many tests on her at the hospital... they may have checked her out to see if her hymn was intact. They would have taken blood - for testing pregnancy - drugs - HIV - SIDS - etc...
