My only experience in dealing with other people talking on cell phones is the misperception that one must yell, when talking into the phone. Newsflash: cellphones do not require yelling. I never understood why people were annoyed with other people talking on cellphones, until being in a restaurant and hearing 3 or 4 people yelling into their cellphones like they were news reporters on location in a category 3 hurricane. Just relax and speak in a normal tone.
