Fox news just announced on Studio B that the White House has said that Monday is when the resolution will be put to a vote.

The President said on Jan 31 it was down to weeks, not months. It's not yet been two months since he said that. I believe the end is near for diplomacy. The French have made fools of themselves. I believe diplomacy ends on Monday. Let not your heart be troubled.
