The HP here is as political as any of them. The leaders are appointed and must "toe the line" to keep their jobs. The reason is simply an outrageous excuse. To have it their way, the only time you could carry is when you were walking!!

In California to obtain a CCW one must complete (pc-832) 64 hour handgun training class, (pc 12050) Cause statement, and other training and interviews so as to delay or deny your application. One can complete the process and still not obtain the CCL. The licence is good for 2 years, and yes the HP is so political here also.
Could I be added to the bang list......
