Referring to the underlined portion, Senator Clinton will on the one hand authorize the central government to take from families and individuals as much as the central authority sees fit in earned income (under her 'wise rule') and limit the behaviors and rights to any degree the central authority sees fit, but when it comes to banning a murderous method for slaughtering alive, sensing, individual human beings sequestered in a womb, she tips the boat over to allow any behavior another alive individual would choose to apply to that unborn individual, as long as the one choosing is a woman. In other words, even hiring a serial killer is not offensive as long as it is a woman doing the hiring and the job is to terminate a pregnancy the woman wants rid of (terminate a pregnancy = kill an alive individual human being vulnerable because of location).
