The police didn't do their job here. Responding in an hour isn't acceptable, and negotiating with them to keep one entrance open isn't acceptable. The property owner, the gas station, is entitled to enforcement of trespass laws.

Eu Contrare

While you are technically correct, since the arrival of Clinton and now Bush, your rights are negotiable according to their form of government by judiciary ... that is, by lawyers.

Thousands of illegal aliens stream into the United States, every week, and President Bush negotiates, with each, the surrender of your property to finance such illegal activities; and, your property includes your rights.

Now, if illegal aliens and / or protestors squat, and make "free speech," on George W. Bush's properties, they're swiftly delt with; but if the illegal aliens and / or protestors squat, and make "free speech," on your property, you are left with the burden of trying to protect yourself, because that once-duty of our government has been surrendered in the appeasement of the vast left-wing conspiracy.

I'm sorry to have to inform one and all.

You've got that exactly right.
