I've been there in April and May. I cannot imagine how bad it would be in June, July, or August. It's not just a matter of troops getting a little sweaty and uncomfortable. You're talking about troops wearing heavy chemical weapons suits in addition to normal equipment, and being unable to function for any period of time. I don't care whether you're inside or outside the box. It is not practical.
