Weird Houston Crime

Must be something in the water, eh? I was born and raised in Texas (Dallas area).. but I've only been to Houston one time... and the traffic scared me half to death. (25yrs ago) I didn't like the atmosphere at all. DFW has its fair share of nuts just like anywhere else... but Houston seems to have exceeded it's capacity.
