Hopefully we won't have to listen afterward to the failures whine that because some of the students got diplomas and others didn't, that the graduation ceremonies were inherently unfair and should be banned altogether.

Oh but you know that will eventually be the case.
I think further that the school system should see that Tiffney and her friends get jobs (even though they can't read, and critical thinking other than what brand of beer to buy is beyond them).
The school system should be required to employ these people for at least one year as aides and secretaries and the like.
Let them reap what they have sown.

They already do. Houston ISD employs people at many levels who would be severely challenged in the food service or housekeeping industries.

Criminal behavior is not a problem either. You can steal from them (wholesale) and get promoted.

All it takes is being the right color.
