You need to look at it the other way: A man never has any "right" to penetration, or any other sexual act for that matter. Neither does the woman. Both sides have to consent to everything, start to finish or it ain't happening.

With normal people this is hardly a problem since sex is very self-sustaining for healthy adults. Any time you find yourself naked with some twit who isn't sure she really wants to do what she really wants to do, you need to get the hell out of that situation now.

In addition, for any real man the eager participation of the female should be an absolute requirement. Otherwise you aren't having sex, you're masturbating using her body.
