I wonder if Tracy Chandler could use some donations to defray the expense of rebuilding? Assuming they cannot stick the entire cost of replacement to the vandals?

I would really like to have the schmucks pay for the entire cost of rebuilding it. Now that'll hurt them not just in their pocketbooks but in those hate-filled tiny little minds of theirs.
