Its ok for those who hate America to vandalize her memory and that's free speech but its not ok to do anything to stop it? Gee thanks, Officers.

Seems to me, if they caught some kid in the act of graffiti-ing a business property, they would take action and THEN notify the business owner afterward. Seems like that would be the way things should work, since the business owner can't be everywhere and see everything. Instead, because the LaHabra police chief is obsessed about "intent", the business owner just has to hope the police bother to inform him of whatever vandalism they witnessed.

Jeff Collison, owner of The RV Center in La Habra, who has allowed residents to add patriotic symbols to the fence on his property, said he just might do that.

Good for you, Jeff; think about a civil suit too.

Isn't it the liberals who keep screaming there is no connection between 911 and Saddam? Funny how they fuse the two when it suits their purpose............
