Even underage models about 16 years old doesn't qualify as pedophilia (there's another term for it, "ephebophilia"). The article clearly accuses Hef of backing Kinsey's agenda of legally opening up young children to sexual exploitation. There is absolutely no evidence for this.
Kinsey had his henchmen molest toddlers--Hef has never pushed for anything remotely similar to that.
