You may know what he said but that does nothing to help the istener know if it is believable. The man lies under oath, lies on camera, and cries on cue.

Since they are not competing for (re)election, there should be a competition in the debates. Only pay the winner (best 6 out of 10) of the debates. Ralph Nader, Pat Buchanan, Lyndon LaRouche, and Ross Perot are the judges (a committee of also-ran presidential candidates).
