Al Qaeda is seeking recruits in the Middle East for terrorist attacks on oil fields in Saudi Arabia and Kuwait in the event of U.S. military action against Iraq, U.S. intelligence officials say.
Meanwhile, U.S. officials said yesterday that there are signs that Iraqi leader Saddam Hussein's forces have planted explosives in Iraqi oil fields in anticipation of sabotaging them during U.S. and allied military attacks.

If I was Osama I would have spent the last ten years trying to infiltrate sleeper agents into the Saudi oilfields, so I could have tremendous leverage against the Saudi princes to force them to do my bidding. Hopefully Osama wasn't so smart.

Why are you even mentioning Osama? There are no connections between Saddam and Osama. They don't think the same, operate the same or have the same agenda. JJeesshhh!! Now excuse me while I crawl back down my little rabbit hole to the real world!!! :)
