This kind of shoddy criminology is criminal in itself. I hope this guy sues the city, the mayor and the police chief, and collects. Both the mayor and the police chief KNEW the lab's work was shoddy, and did NOTHING about it.

government criminologists are generally inefficient and not to be relied on. The only reason the have such high effect with DNA is that defendants do not have OJ type budgets.
