Man Filmed Fighting 275-Pound Woman

A homeless man is suing over his appearance in a movie called "Bumfights."
The San Diego man says he never gave the filmmakers permission to tape him fighting a homeless woman. In his suit, he says his right to privacy was violated -- and that he's suffered "constant shame, embarrassment and humiliation" as a result of the video.
Peter LaForte says the four filmmakers paid the 275-pound woman to fight him, and he tried to decline before she attacked him in a beach restroom in 2001.
The brawl is the first scene on "Bumfights: A Cause for Concern."
The tape, which is offered over the Internet, has sold more than 300,000 copies.
Felony battery and soliciting charges against the filmmakers were dismissed in January after a judge decided there wasn't enough evidence to prosecute them.
The poor bum couldn't even remember how to spell "sue" before his lawyer chased this ambulance.
If someone bribed another person to assault me and then used the photage for profit I'd be pretty pissed too.
