I have something to say on this matter, as pertains to public schools in the US, and it is potentially VERY important, but I don't want to discuss it in a public forum - I don't want to give those rabid bastards any ideas.

Schools are places where there is a large concentration of unarmed, inoccent people. They provide an extremely easy, soft target, and one which would extract the absolute maximum amount of grief from the target population.
