Nah. There is tons of evidence out there, much of it from declassified military documents. Look at the results of the Google search and investigate a little further. It's all true.

MM is correct, as far as he goes.

There were deaths attributed to the projects. And it was known at the time that a handful of people would die from the dispersals.

They used planes to spray bio agents, and special briefcases with spraying devices that were walked into subways.

Also, the Dept of Energy (unrelated but another example) fed radioactive food to retarded children, to see what it would do.
