First of all, it is not Germany violating international agreements. The article says that the troops won´t move to Iraq, but stay in Kuwait. Of course they will help wounded soldiers or citizen in Kuwait if possible. Germam Defense Minister Struck offered German Medevac airplanes to the US forces in case of war some weeks ago.
Please provide proofs that the German government approved the weapon sells to Iraq after 1991.
