The lines are drawn.
The UN inspectors say Iraq is generally complying with UN resolutions and the inspections are working.
The US says Iraq has, and is continuing to produce, WMDs and the inspections are a joke.
The world will have to wait until Iraq is liberated to find out who is right and who is wrong.
