He ADMITS they aren't complying,but still wants more time.Did anyone else catch that?

El Baradei is saying that it would be best to conduct the Nuclear Program interviews out of Iraq.
He OBVIOUSLY doesn't feel that they can get Iraqi scientist to talk freely while in Iraq.
This is such a total farce.
