Lies are told in war. To us. It was done in the first gulf war. The propaganda about Iraqis killing babies in incubators was a politically designed ploy, created by Bush I's administrtion, a PR firm and the Kuwaitis.

I have seen no evidence of anything like this during Bush II.

More likely, Bush/Powell/Rumsfeld know something deeply disturbing and simply aren't telling us yet. Which is annoying, but understandable.
