The folks here who are calling for the creation of Kurdistan in order to get revenge on Turkey don't know what they're talking about. They're the same crowd that has been calling for months now to nuke Mecca.

It's completely ignorant of the realities of the situation, and it completely ignores the long-term consequences. But, what are you going to do? It's doubtful they are interested in being educated. Fortunately, we do have a highly-skilled foreign policy team at the White House, and they seem to be doing pretty well so far.

WE Americans are still stunned by the failure of your country's government to allow our soldiers to use Turkey as a northern base. Just a month ago, we twisted arms among our European allies to make sure that if attacked, NATO would protect you. For this we get held up for ransom and your Parliament votes us down.

No offense, but sheesh that sucked and we are upset. It won't stop us, but doggone it, that is not the kind of friendship we take kindly to. What was the Parliament thinking?

I think I had enoughof the PKK just with that one idiotic poster who was banned a while back, the gal who compared her cause to that of American Indians. I'm glad she's not in control of a country.
