Question; what country is most-likely to use its WMDs against Israel and the US?

Russia, while it has by far the largest and most-advanced arsenal, is not likely to use its arsenal outside of its borders. North Korea and Red China have no interest in nuking Israel. Only Iraq has an interest in using its WMDs against both Israel and the US.

Besides, NK is next. Has everyone forgotten the membership list for the axis of evil? Iran will change from within. Saudi Arabia in due time -- certainly there will be pressure when they are not the only reliable source of oil.
