We'll need some volunteers to help us with the petition tables, as well as a few other tasks. If you're able to help, please let me know.

I would be sincerely grateful for any an all suggestions on a safe/secure place to park for the rally. My wife and I aren't afraid to walk a distance to the meet site. We just want to make sure our car is still where we parked it when we return.

God bless the Unites States of America,

EODGUY

(If anyone responds to me, I will check FR tonight.....we're going to visit our grandson today :)))))

There's a parking lot about a block south of the southwest corner of the park on the corners of Jefferson and Wells. If you know where the Pfister Hotel is - it's a block north of there. I used to park there when I worked in the area...very reliable lot. Can't remember the exact name, but it's a large indoor lot.

Otherwise, street parking in the area is fairly safe, as far as I know.

WAIT,WAIT..SLIGHT ERROR IN PREVIOUS POST. The southwest corner of Cathedral Square IS Jefferson and Wells. The lot is on the northeast corner of Jefferson and Mason...one block due south. Hope I haven't confused you ; ^ )

Best bet for the #11 would be the closest stop to Kilbourn and Water (4 blocks west of Cathedral Square). As for the weather, the Weather Channel has tomorrow's noon weather as chance for snow and 38 degrees and winds out of the southwest about 14 mph (putting the wind chill at about 31 degrees).

Come on down; it will be fun.

Thanks for the help. I have a commitment early in the morning, but hopefully the meeting will not last long.

Hope to see you there.

God bless,

EODGUY

The noon-time weather forecast (courtesy The Weather Channel):

33 degrees
70% chance of a rain/snow mix
Wind out of the northwest at 11 mph (wind chill 24 degrees)

We've been through worse, but plan accordingly. No sense getting sick and, for those of you who are doing the Weekend Double, tomorrow's road trip to Washington County

For the rally on 3/22 a good stop to get off the 11 Vliet-Howell bus would be Water/Kilbourn. Walk 3 blocks east to Jefferson.

Another option, after I've slapped my head over it, is the #31 Highland/State that goes down Wisconsin to Jackson with just a short walk over.
