Thankyou, patriciaruth. "OUR" faith has brought them home. What a wonderful picture that is! Continued prayers.

I would like to thank all of you for your prayers.

I received a call from my son very early, on Thursday morning.

You know how some men can be, they try to downplay things. I have at times been like that myself.

Without too much elaboration, I will tell anyone who reads here, that my son was very nearly killed, in the recent red hot heat of this conflict.

One day I may write of the episode.

I have to believe that the hand of God has kept him alive for me.

Thank you all for your prayers.

Thank God that my son still lives.

Thank you, dearest Lord, for Your mercy, which is from everlasting to everlasting.

Your son continues in our prayers.

I ask for prayer for my cousin, Michael. Michael is in the Army and has been deployed again (11/6/2003).

Also ask for prayer for his infant daughter, Alexis, who has some sort of genetic liver disease (no firm diagnosis yet), and his wife, Michelle, for strength and faith with her husband in harm's way and the baby's health issues.

I will be honored to remember Michael and little Alexis in my prayers.

TEXOKIE has a prayer thread for the troops that is still up and running. She's a terrific prayer warrior and I recommend you contact her, also, as she can gather in a large group to offer prayers on behalf of Michael and Alexis.
