This may deserve another thread, but my question is "Should we take him alive?"

I cannot think of anything more revolting than to have another "OJ" bin Laden trial. It would be the biggest circus in the history of man. We need him in one piece..... DEAD!

That's what I see happening. It's a problem. A public trial would be as you describe. A "star chamber" trial would incur attack from the Media as would a military tribunal and execution. I prefer the latter option myself, but I don't know the legalities of the situation.
