What if the Peterson's vehicles use the best selling tires in the United State? And really, whose cars don't?

Matching same brand of tires is not the same as having proof of identical tread wear of the tire to the cement track evidence.

And whatever happened to the blood sample evidence taken from the Peterson's residence, evidence that was supposed to provide convictable evidence for an arrest warrant?

If they blood was there I expected an arrest by now. Maybe the police have no evidence to convict. Anything less and they really have nothing, just suspicion based on the fact he is Laci's husband.

If there was evidence of a murder there they would still have to tie SP to it. It is one thing to find blood and another to prove that a specific someone had something to do with it. Those things can take time and sometimes it will never be linked, even though it might have been linked; if you get my drift!

Then the odds of it NOT being Peterson's car go to 1 in 12, or whatever the percentage of that tire in the market is. No tire is going to have more than a small percentage of the market.

What it will be is another piece of the puzzle, something that says "search near here and you will find the body". It will not by itself be conclusive proof of guilt.

I've formed no opinions on guilt at this point, other than the obvious fact that she is missing and the husband cannot be eliminated as a suspect. However, there has been no reported evidence that would be sufficient to bring charges, at this point. The thing that really made me wonder about this guy is the report that he made the police get a warrant to search his house the day she went missing.

For all we know, they could have phone calls that place him somewhere he denies being, at a certain time--such as, at his house.

For all we know, they could have bank records that show him paying a goodly sum of money to some guy, right after Laci disappeared.

They probably have gotten his checkbook and credit card records. Those things can tell a good deal about a person, not to mention their computer records. Why do you think we are all so irritated when some merchant or telemarketer tries to get into such private things?
