My BS Meter is going off... Rightfully so.
IF that missile were going to impact on US territory, alarms would have been screaming inside Cheyenne Mountain.
The only way a N. Korean missile component got to Alaska without triggering a missile attack warning is if somebody snuck it there by ship, airplane, or dog sled.

That was my guess, possibly transport by boat off the coast?
But the radar would still pick up a low flying ordinace right..

If that missile was there, you have nailed how it got there:
The only way a N. Korean missile component got to Alaska without triggering a missile attack warning is if somebody snuck it there by ship, airplane, or dog sled. If it was there, Soddomite probably paid millions to have it carted there and deposited and then found. The whole NK thing is a diversion paid for by the Cash Cow Soddomite.

Wouldn't doubt that.
Could imagine several contingencies wherein they'd have known it was a dummy test warhead and elected to keep quiet about it.
Especially on Billdo's watch.
