Hubby and I have also decided to confine our travel plans and "evil American dollars" to the U.S.A.

The foreigners may dislike Americans but they sure love our money, now don't they?

Same here friend..as I was saying, we are heading to Wrightsville Beach when my mom returns to the states and then we plan on going to Florida, Maryland and Mass(to visit relatives), and finally Arizona this year too. The only place we may travel out of the states is to the islands off of florida(not the big communist one;-). The Caribbean has always been particularly receptive to Americans. Never had any problems there. If it's changed in the last few years, please let me know know.
