Mr. Mud, on behalf of my client, Mr. Sultan88, I contact you in respect of the termination, without due notice of Mr. Sultan88's role as one Celebrity Judge.

I would like to refer you to the Unfair Dismissals legislation, and note that under same you neither gave Mr. Sultan statutory notice of employment termination, redundancy payment, and indeed, from some of the comments passed on this thread, there is indication that Mr. Mud, you were in fact aiming for a constructive dismissal with respect to my client.

I would expect to hear from you shortly.
