Besides the book, there is a TNAO mag, some bumper stickers, and a cassette tape with a tribute song to the Nuge's hunting mentor, Fred Bear, who has passed away. Ted has a lot of respect for wise old woodsmen. Keep it.
BTW, I recorded the El Rushbo show that Nugent was on, about 7, 8 years ago. It's in a box of tapes in my shop. I'm going to see if I can find it. If I do, I'll fire it off to you.
