BTW...John Ashcroft may--nominally--be the one who will actually issue the Indictments necessary to hold Terry McAuliffe accountable for the many crimes he has committed in the name of Bill Clinton and the Democratic National Committee; however, it is obviously President George W. Bush who'll have the final say as to if--and when--this eventuality occurs. I voted for Dubyuh and believe he's done an admirable job in office to date. Still, if he fails to unleash the Powers of Justice upon those who committed rampant crimes in the previous Administration, IMHO, his will go down in history as a failed Presidency for allowing unprecedented Executive Branch Corruption to go unpunished. What a tragedy that would be.

"WASHINGTON (GOPUSA News) -- A few hundred people braved the damp cold in Washington on Saturday to wave American flags and cheer speakers on the National Mall. The "Patriot's Rally for America" was organized by the D.C. Chapter of The Free Republic, a conservative activist group. The program opened with a recitation of the Red Skelton version of the Pledge of Allegiance by Frank Davis, Capt. USNR (Ret.). It was particularly poignant since the 9th Circuit Court's ban on "under God" in the Pledge was not overturned last week."
