From the sleepers' perspective, knowing the big dude has been arrested is not the same as knowing that specific sleeper cell contacts have been identified. Yes, sounds more likely to be disinformation. Otherwise, if they really had the contacts, they would have arrested all of them before this made its way into the press. Unless -- Pakistani's released it without our guys' permission. Seems it would be better to have them caught and 'interrogated' than on the run.
