Judge Mariana Pfaelzer shot it down, stating that it was "unconstitutional". Our stupid Governor Dimbulb Davis refused to fight for it, though he could have, he still could, but won't. The votes of millions of us, canceled out by one liberal judge. Just another notch in the belt of the pro-illegal alien crowd, at the expense of already overtaxed California.
