I have a 60 mile commute each way in the Bay Area. These clowns even inconvenience me in the slightest way there will be hell to pay. The other day they erected some structure on a bridge in Seattle. The picture was halarious. Bunches of motorists just standing there. Why they did not throw the thing over the bridge (and the protestors) is beyond me.

Did you get caught in any of the Bridge shutdowns during Gulf War I and the Rodney King crap in '92? I did. It was pretty sad. CHP standing around with their, ummm, sticks, in their hands not doing anything. I told one CHiPer that I would clear off a lane on the bridge with my car, and that I was sure I could four other volunteers to clear out the other lanes and the clymer threatened to arrest me.

I just went back last year to the Bay Area after 13yrs. (now live on the rural Oregon Coast) and my God!
The men still look great (my town in Oregon is fishermen or seniors) in Cali.
What blew me away is the commuters.
How come you guys do not use the commuter lane.
We were using it (had the people) and I was amazed at the people just sitting in traffic for hours while hardly a soul was driving in the commuter lane.
I did enjoy the sun and dry air.
Nothing like coming home to Oregon.
