Well I never built a snow penis, but I did take red food coloring to make a big Double T (for Texas Tech) in my yard once......... I didn't stop to think what it would look like after a couple of hours in the Texas sun.........

It appeared we had some type of massacre in our front yard...... "bloody" snow was running down the yard........ I never tried that again.........
