A little bit of everything in moderation, nothing to excess.
Stick to foods that are still somewhat recognizable as having been raised by a farmer.
Individual needs may vary, but this should be good 'nuff for the majority of the population.
Eat what God intended you to eat, you can't go far astray.

This is actually very good advice. Most of the dietary problems we run into today are because we do too little shopping around the perimeter of a supermarket and too much in its middle (with the exceptions to this rule being bottled olives [wash and soak before eating to remove the sodium], nuts, and olive oil)
