I will assure you that 99.9% of all weapons advancements via ballistically or in terms of delivery systems ... have been the result of feedback from solidiers, marines and policemen over the centuries. Your statement could not be any more incorrect imho - not counting the obvious lessening of the value of our soliders, marines and policemen contained within your premise Jim.
